CLIENT AGREEMENT

Thank you for contacting Curate World Travel for your upcoming travel needs. We cannot wait to start this journey with you! We will take care of you every step of the way.

As an independent boutique agency, creating uniquely crafted itineraries is our specialty. Due to a substantial amount of education and research that is required to provide each client with the best recommendations, we require that a Client Agreement to be completed authorizing the charge of the planning fee. 

Client Agreement Acceptance:

1. I understand that I am hiring Curate World Travel to plan my trip and agree to the agency's Terms & Conditions.

2. I understand Curate World Travel’s fee structure, and I agree to the non-refundable planning fee that will be charged to my credit card.

3. I understand that Curate World Travel recommends purchasing travel insurance and will provide an insurance quote. 

4. I understand that Curate World Travel will provide a travel quote based upon our initial consultation meeting; once an itinerary is proposed, a maximum of three (3) additional itinerary modifications may be made. If further changes are requested, an additional fee of $50 per request will be charged to the credit card provided for the planning fee.
